It does reconize the capture card and its channels, is just that the image freezes or goes black

I've added a few more related links, not sure if you've had a chance to read through them and/or confirm that you have removed conflicting drivers and have the most up to date drivers. Do the cameras get recognized in any other programs?

Yes ice.. I don't have any other capture card or drivers that could conflict with this one... I don't think is a Vmix issue, I did tried it with other programs and it was giving me the same problem... I do have the latest drivers.. Could I just be setting the capture chanel in resolution not supported (1080i 59.94i)? I don't know...

have you been able to check that there is a video signal coming out of the camera? Eg using a SDI monitor or another video input card. Always best to eliminate possible causes from the source, in your case the camera.
Do you have any other SDI source to test with?
Try disabling HDMI out in the camera, set its video recording format non mp4, frame rate to 60i, SDI out to 1920i, power camera off, then on. Start vMix from scratch (or clear preset), add a new Input with the 1920 resolution and 60i.
In my experiences with the XA25 and SC510 cards no matter what frame rate/reslution at the camera, at least something else than black is shown, no freezing (but we are PAL, eg 50p)
With vMix we don't change any other settings than frame rate (eg 50i) and resolutiom (eg 1920×1080). Go through and check all four inputs.
If that does not do it, then try on another PC. If that fails, your card might be bad.
