I am tryng to connect a Sony PJ650v into vMix using the intensity Pro HDMI PCIe capture card. I've tried all the settings I can think of.

Can anyone lead me into the right direction with trouble shooting?

Thanks in advance!

Negative. I just plugged in a BMD SDI 4K card and our RED Scarlet set to 1080p24 and it worked, but that is not a good test to solve the problem. Different camera, diferent PCIe slot, different card etc.

Can the BMD intensity pro HDMI (not 4k card) operate on a 4 lane PCIe? The SDI card is on an 8 lane.

From the manual:
"Intensity Pro is a PCI Express 1 lane card and is compatible with 1,4,8 and 16 lane PCIe slots."

If it's not working in Media Express it won't work in vMix.
