Hi All,

I've been trying to get the resolution right on a Logitech C920 webcam correct. Most combinations come back saying the capture resolution is not supported by this device. A number of them work but in all cases, the format stretches the frame wider. I folded a piece of white paper to a square and hold it up for each. On the best of them is always about 5 parts long by 4 parts tall.

I'm using the Logitech software. vMix Basic HD, Windows 7, i5 64-bit with a graphics card.

Any ideas on how to make this work? Your comments are appreciated, Thanks, sh

Thanks Gents.

The issue seemed to be that vMix kept defaulting to the anamorphic setting.

Banger: I tried your setting and changed from anamorphic to widescreen. That got the dimensions right. In the recording setup, I tried 1820x1080 to match the input but got a lot of lag when I waved my arm in front of the cam. I scaled that back to 1280X720 and the lag improved dramatically.

Think I've got it for now. Thanks again, sh

Have you updated the camera drivers?
Once I updated the drivers all the lag went!
