We recently purchased a Switchblade VMC20 console that we plan to use with our vMix production system.
I'm trying to locate the preconfigured vMix shortcuts for this console, but I haven't been able to find them on their website.
Could someone please direct me to where I can download the shortcut configuration file? Is it available online, or do I need to request it directly?
