We recently purchased a Switchblade VMC20 console that we plan to use with our vMix production system.
I'm trying to locate the preconfigured vMix shortcuts for this console, but I haven't been able to find them on their website.
Could someone please direct me to where I can download the shortcut configuration file? Is it available online, or do I need to request it directly?

You can request the preconfigured vMix shortcut template directly by contacting Switchblade Systems support via their contact form, as they usually email the file upon request. If you already received it, could you share how long it took them to send it?

I emailed them once two weeks ago and then once again last week. I'm still waiting for their reply back.
