I've had a look through the post concercerning this topic from about 4 years agao and wondered what might have changed in vMix to make this easier.

This transition and combination of transitions woould be automated using Tinkerlist Cuez to make the transitions in a live news rundown. The automation efffectively would work like button pushes say from a stream deck.

I have 3 studio camera positions and 3 OB camera remotes. I have created a simple two box using presenter 1 camera position input and OB 1 remote input over a graphics background. It uses a merge transition to go from the full screen pres 1 shot to the two way box. i can then cut between thje OB feed and the studio feed full frame going back to the 2 box for the final goodbye and transitioning the merge back to full screen presenter.

Given I have 9 combinations of the 3 presenters and 3 OB feeds I could create the 9 seperate composites in vMix and call the one I need in at the time using the automation. This feels very clumsy and I was hoping I could create one two box template and dynamically change the inputs on the studio and OB feed side independently depending on what studio and OB sources I need at any one time.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
