Hi there,

I have a Custom Laptop with a
12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1260P 2.10 GHz,
64gb RAM
Integrated Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics card
running Window 11 64bit

I'm trying to run a simple project at 720p25 with 3 video sources including a vCall, Desktop Webcam (arriving 1280x720) and a Desktop Capture.

Besides vMix I am running Serato DJ Pro which is also the software I am trying to capture via 'Desktop Capture' as a Desktop Capture input within the project (no audio capture).
Sadly the render times of the project once I maximize the Serato Window (which will run in the forground with vMix streaming in the background), instantly become 150-250ms which is obviously completely unsuitable.(pic attached). The CPU and GPU strain is low.

I am using vMix Desktop Capture software and had to uncheck GPU acceleration otherwise I just get a blank screen in vmix. I have tried reducing the Max Frame rate to as low as 5fps and yet still the render time on the project is 150+ms

Is my grfx card simply not compatible with this setup? Or is there something else I can do to help release strain?

Many Thanks in advance.

Chris
