Hi there!.
I´ve been trying to work with an Aja IOX3 Interface on VMix without success, trying to manage simulateusly 4 in/out audio (One IOX3 mode). I wrote to Aja Tech department and here their response:
"Unfortunately, when vMix is using the IoX3, it ignores the Control Panel settings. vMix configures the DB-25 connector as input only and there is no way that I am aware of to change this".
Could be very nice to add compatibility in futures VMix updates to take full Aja´s audio advantages...

Suggest you contact vMix tech support on this issue. When vMix made its own hardware the AJA cards were the standard offering. I bet they have a lot of expertise in getting the AJA cards corrected configured.

Hi Tom, thank you so much for your reply. I wrote to AJA tech support and they responded:
"Unfortunately, when vMix is using the IoX3, it ignores the Control Panel settings. vMix configures the DB-25 connector as input only and there is no way that I am aware of to change this".
So, in this case Vmix is not audio compatible with IOX3 via Dsub25 connector in 4in/4out mode.
Best regards
