I have an Osmo Action 4 camera trying to import as webcam. I select webcam on Osmo and it connects in vMix HD 27.0.0.88 x64 as a camera source.
However, moving subjects stutter on screen. Any idea how to fix?

I have the same problem with Osmo Action 5, it works fine in OBS. Any ideas?

Could it be the encoding "Video Format" that you're trying to use? The Default is typically trying to use uncompressed video, which may result in a much reduced framerate from a webcam. Try selecting "MJPG" from the bottom of the list of formats and see if it's any better.
