I'm experiencing a strange issue with some of my audio faders sliders in vMix, and I could really use your help.

Here's the situation:
I have two cameras connected via SDI with audio enabled, as well as several commercials that we run during our show. I've carefully set all the audio faders in vMix to specific dB levels to ensure optimal audio quality.

However, during our last show, I noticed something unusual. The audio faders for some of these inputs would suddenly slide to the maximum level on their own, causing the audio to get extremely loud. This happens in real time, and I can see it occurring in the interface. For the record, auto gain is not enabled.

I’m unsure what’s causing this issue. Has anyone encountered something similar or have any suggestions on how to fix it?
