Add activators for when replay camera angles are selected for last event replay.

I've been advised by support there are none now. Have to watch the replay window to see what cameras are selected
instead of X-Key LED lit when the camera is selected.

One can retrieve the selected angles with some scripting
The last event is always the last one in the selected list regardless of one has reordered the events

The selected list can be retrieved from the vMix API XML but will also depend if one is using A/B , A or B
The Selected Angles can be retrieved ( related to the selected list, last one in that list ) from the replay2.xml file located in the currently used replay folder

FYi there are also camera angles 5,6,7 and 8 possible ;-)

That's a bit of an awkward hack, especially considering there aren't any activators or events that fire when the selected angles change (or much else from the replay module for that matter). Or any way that I can see to change the LED status lights directly from a script.
