I used NDI to pull in a second monitor so I could put it on the show. Worked great, and I can cut to that monitor to show off web sites, etc. The problem is today I went to play a video, and while the video worked as expected, the audio that accompanies the video did not come in. I thought I could just click the "Audio" button on that input to make the audio available, but the audio button isn't clickable at all on that input. How do I add the audio?

Do you mean the "Local Desktop Capture" feature?
By default, vMix does not capture the local system audio so as not to create feedback.
The "workaround" is outlined in this KB article:

Oh wow, thank you so much! That is exactly what I needed! Yes I used local desktop capture.
