We have a show where users can submit their own photos using our Wix website and they appear on the livestream as a graphic in the bottom corner.
We use Wix for users to submit images, we then download the content as a CSV and clean up the data to create an Excel Spreadsheet for Vmix to read. This spreadsheet contains 3 columns: "Name", "Location", and "Photo" which is a URL string pointing to the location of the image

In GT we have a placeholder image for "Photo", along with a "Name" title and a "Location" Title. The data pulls into a title correctly for about 50% of images, however for some reason, a lot of the images get pulled into the graphic either on their side or upside down. When I view the images via their direct URL they are all the correct orientation, and when I get Excel to pull the images into a cell they also appear in the correct orientation, however when they get pulled via Data Sources into the title, heaps of them are the wrong way up.

Does anybody have any ideas on how I could fix this? Either a way to view/assign/pull orientation data correctly?

Unfortunately, GT Titles cannot read or interpret supplementary rotation meta data in image files and as a result they will display in the original orientation that they were created in.
The only solution is to edit the file with appropriate software (like Photoshop for instance) and re-save the image with the "correct" orientation.
A possible workaround for your situation may be to create alternate GT Tiles with pre-rotated Image files (90°/180°/270°) to accommodate the different orientations of graphics you receive.

An option is to create the title with multiple holders for the same image but each with different rotation and select the correct one using pages ( hidden/visible according to selected page).
not perfect but quickest way to correct visually
