We do a little livestream where I work with an easy setup. One camera, mic boomed over presenters.

But I would like to bring in guests through vMix call and obviously the hosts need to hear the guest but I don't want them to wear big headphones.

Could I use something like the Sennheiser IE 100 Pro Wireless connected with bluetooth to the computer, send the audio from the call to a bus with the IE 100 as output? And then send the audio from the boomed mic through a bus back to the caller?

As I searched through the forum I found an old post where vMix did not recommend bluetooth headsets because sending audio to it could disable the microphone on it. But that post was three years old and in my case I would only use the earbuds as output, the boomed mic would be the input.

The old post: Old post

Thanks!
