Hi,
no, it's not good the processor doesn't match with the motherboard i9-13900KS = socket 1700
socket LGA4677 for xeon processors

you also need to change the sata III for an M.2 1 x M.2 4.0x4 4 Tb for replay rec 1 x M.2 4.0x4 1 or 2 Tb for windows
for 8 replay cams (1080p)
from Asus, socket 1700
with 1 decklink quad 2:
ASUS ProArt Z790-CREATOR WIFI
read the motherboard manuals first, depending on your configuration needs, as some slots may share bandwidth or disable each other

Thanks Kayo33,
I didn't found Xeon processors available from my suppliers.
What do you think about this configuration?

i9-14900K for cpu, cheaper than 13900KS for the same performance
DDR5-5600 Mhz for ram, natively managed by the cpu (2 x 48 GB if budget allows, for real peace of mind, otherwise 64 GB is fine)
and a large cooling system for the cpu high-end ventirad (be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 5) or AIO 360 (Asus ROG Strix LC II 360 V2), these are examples and efficient fans for the case, see the box manual to see what is possible
the rest is ok
decklink mini monitor is for output replay or program ? in this case, take a decklink duo 2 (pcie 2.0 x4) which allows 4 additional sdi ports (in or out), since there's still a pcie 4.0 x16 port that works in x4.
Note: with the Asus Z790 creator, the graphics card will be a bit limited because when the pcie x16 ports (pcie 1 = graphic card and pcie 2 = quad 2) are occupied at same time, they work in x8 mode.
to sum up, with intel it's either a motherboard with 2 pcie x8 slots managed by the cpu = graphics card + quad 2 recommended by Vmix
or a motherboard with x16 graphics card slot (cpu) + pcie slot capture card managed by the chipset not recommended by Vmix
