Long story short, I used this laptop for vmix using the focusrite 212i hardware. Its great and it works 100% fine. But I decided to use a new device for using the vmix so that i could use more options of livestream. In the old computer the siganl from the focusrite showed up as Audio Analogue 1+2. But when i just switched the sane cable to a new computer it shows up as Microfone. the worst part its that the with the new computer the signal isnt loud, or effective. Ive tired uisng the type c cables. Ive tried. Restarting the computer, ivew tried restarting the software, and now nothing worrks. Any tips and advice i would apprecite

You need to install the Focusrite software (Focusrite Control) on the 'new device'.
