Hi everyone,

Couple of days ago strange glitch happened during stream - suddenly sound which was comming along with video from BM DeckLink Quad HDMI - started to come with delay about 8 frames (~300ms)

That was very odd, since that was never happened before, for more than 5 years of successful streams.

Now down for the details:

Latest vMix 26.

There were made four separate inputs - 3 for cameras and a separate audio input for the mic, connected to the one of the cam.
It's quite obvious and reliable - it just automix through the multiview tab, so that each camera uses same audio input.

After we figured out, that this terrible sh*t has happened, we started to investigate. And that's what we found:

1) If you use separate inputs: one for the video signal, another for the audio signal (it could be even new project, made from the scratch with just two inputs) - both coming through the same HDMI input of BM card.
And from the very beginning everything works flawlessly. But then IF (for some reason) you decide to change/adjust something in the video input, right away audio input starts to come with the huuuuge delay...

The only way to fix it - reset audio input (not video input, despite the fact you've changed it, and not audio)

2) Next hypotesis was - well, maybe it's just 26 version glitch, and we reproduced same setup in vMix 23... Guess what? We got sound delay over 1000ms!

3) We used another capture before (YUAN SC542N4 HDMI) for more than 4 years and above scenario never caused any troubles. This happens only with DeckLink card.

Maybe anyone have ever faced up such a situation? Is this some kind of flaw of the capture card itself (we use latest drivers of course), or lack of compatiblity between vMix and capture card?
