I am building an new PC for our churches livestream.
Our current pc is 12 years old and limiting the stream quality, etc.

Looking for feedback before i order the parts. (link to build parts below)

Also, which video capture card would be best for this set-up?

I'm stuck between:
1. AVerMedia Live Gamer 4K - 4Kp60 HDR Capture Card
or
2. Elgato HD60 Pro

We only use a single video camera input, Canon 4K Camcorder VIXIA HF G70.

BUILD: https://newegg.io/a3722387

Intel Core i7-13700K
NZXT N7 Z790 LGA 1700 Motherboard
DeepCool AK620 CPU Cooler
32GB DDR5 6400 Corsair Vengence RAM (2x16)
Samsung 990 PRO 1TD PCIe SSD
MSI Ventus GeForce RTX 3060 12GB Video Card (need 4 monitor support)
Corsair 4000D Case with RM850e power supply
Windows 11 home
video capture card (only single input needed)

Hello.Personally i have i7 10700 and 1060gpu. I also have avermedia live gamer hd2 and im not happy how this card work with vmix. Actually not work properly with 1080p camera so i wouldnt suggest any product from avermedia combined with Vmix. Instead of this, i suggest blackmagic intensity pro 4k that work for input-output in Vmix excellent.Yes it is 2160p30 compared to 2160p60 of avermedia says but it work very good as it should

The Intensity Pro is fine (I have a couple for capturing analog video) but I think a better choice from Blackmagic is the Decklink Mini Recorder 4K. It has HDMI and SDI input on the same card for extra flexibility, and doesn't have the unnecessary analog inputs. And it's cheaper. :)

You can add more as you add cameras.

We can discuss other options if you really need 60 fps at 4K.

would you consider these blackmagic cards a better option than the elgato 4k60 pro?

The only reason I (and possibly other people too) recommend Blackmagic is because it's what I'm familiar with. Blackmagic have been making capture cards for many years (possibly decades), so they are well known and mature. Elgato is the new kid on the block. I just don't have any experience with them. They might be wonderful. They might be buggy. I have no idea.

Hi,

broadcast in HD or 4k ?

HD
Blackmagic Design DeckLink Mini Recorder HD (PCIe 2.0 x1)
HD60 Pro (PCIe 2.0 x1)
Elgato HD60 S+ (USB)
Elgato Cam Link Pro (PCIe 2.0 x4) (if more than one camera)

4K
Blackmagic Design DeckLink Mini Recorder 4K (PCIe 2.0 x4)
Elgato Game Capture 4K60 Pro MK.2 (PCIe 2.0 x4)
Elgato Cam Link 4K (USB)
Blackmagic Design DeckLink Quad HDMI Recorder (PCIe 3.0 x8)(if more than one camera)

a slightly more powerful graphics card for peace of mind in the event of 4k
