Cursor Size - How do I get cursor to show larger? - Seems like the display capture is only showing default size of cursor?

How do I get cursor to show larger?
Seems like the display capture is only showing default size of cursor, even though I have increased the size on the windows 11, and it shows very large as I move the mouse around, however, when I look at the FULL SCREEN monitor, it shows as tiny, and not green colored, as it should be showing?
