Jittery instant replays

We have a 4 camera replay set up, all at 1080p 50, and the replays quite often start to jump on our rig. Specs: 12th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-12700 (25 MB cache, 12 cores, 20 threads, 2.10 GHz to 4.90 GHz Turbo) 32 GB, 2 x 16 GB, DDR5, 4400 MHz NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 3070, 8 GB GDDR6, LHR 1TB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD
I since bought a WD_Black SN750 4TB SSD just for replays thinking this would fix the issue, but it still persists.
Any fixes or workarounds would be great. I read another post about potentially turning off recording whilst we play a replay. This isn't ideal, but would be a better solution if I could get some advice on how to implement this?
Thanks.

@ benwick I suspect that your CPU is too slow and does not meet the minimum system specs for vMix 4 camera Instant Replay: https://www.vmix.com/hel.../SystemRequirements.htmlIt is the major reason why laptops are not recommended for use with vMix Instant Replay. Ice

@benwick
This is a desktop rig, correct? If so what happens when you limit Instant Replay to only 2 cameras? Same problem?
Perhaps there is an issue with the Intel UHD Graphics 770 built into the CPU.
