Hi all, would anyone know how to split the vMix app on multiple screens, for example I'm trying to figure out how to just see the preview and output on one monitor, and the inputs and audio on another?

A little bit can be done with the multiview. You can customize as well.
The other option is to create a layered shot with the layout you wanna have and enable NDI for it. With a computer or decoder you could display that on a display with delay.
All this is more or less only for inputs you have, not the interface itself unless you add a screengrab as a source, which would lead to some reflections, or use a seperate software for that.
