As you can see below, we are getting a clear picture when we use our camera's software, but in Vmix it is pixelated and green. Updated to the latest Vmix version but no change. We had no problems for about two years until the last several months. Any thoughts?

Here's what we are working with:

Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650
Vmix: 26.0.0.40
Camera running into Intensity Pro 4K
1920x1080
NTSC 60p
YUY2

Using AW-HN38 Panasonic camera

Computer:
Device name DESKTOP
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700 CPU @ 3.00GHz 3.00 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Edition Windows 11 Home
Version 22H2
Installed on ‎3/‎21/‎2023
OS build 22621.1413

I would try to find the difference. How do you capture both. Make everything matching each other. HDMI vs. SDI. Stream vs. cable. vMix is usually nutreal and does not change the image.
The images is different so there must be a difference. Exclude things from the chain, check and compare settings. The usual debugging aproaches.

I guess I am mostly concerned with the pixelation of the vmix picture not so much the difference (I wanted to show that it wasn't a problem with the camera itself). We plan on replacing the HDMI cord to see if that does anything. After that we suspect its the Infinity Pro 4k (unless there are setting issues I should be aware of)

For BMD please update drivers to the latest and check within there desktop software if you see the same pixelated image. If so, it's a setting of the card itself. Make sure the settings match. If the cam output is 1080 with 30 frames make sure to capture exactly 1080 with 30 frames.
