I'm having the same delay problem between images from 7 Sony SRG-X400 cameras that generate NDI stream. When I use up to 3 cameras there is no delay, when I use 4 or more cameras I start to have a delay problem between them. Were you able to solve the problem?

Have you tried vMix Desktop Capture instead of the NDI tools already?

When the problem starts to appear, have you checked your network if it goes to it`s limits? Or if in vmix RenderTime goes too high. These 2 things can make your ndi stream to lag

If a few NDI sources work and the more you add the more laggy it gets it's definitely a sign of a network overload. I made a clip to demonstrate how quickly even with a few source the network can be saturated. Hope that helps.
