My request is, so SetImage function could be managed with shortcuts too.

On a basketball scoreboard that we have to use the fouls representation is done with images, not text...

Please make up date where you can add images via a short cut if this can all ready happen please explain

Here is the page that list all of the shortcuts that can be added (called) via API which sounds like what you need to do.
