Hi all, I do hope you're well.

I need some advice please, I looking at remotely connecting at least two cameras at a different location where the venue can just switch on and I can then connect remotely to their cameras/mics.

I know we need additional equipment but not sure what equipment can do the job. This is how I need it to work:

1. Camera One connects to a device
2. Camera Two connects to a device
3. Mic input so the viewing public can hear while live
4. Me to connect and view the cameras (these would be static so no need for panning etc)
5. The host can hear me
6. The host can read the comments from the viewers

This is what we are doing atm:

1. Venue - Skype via laptop (usb camera) and external mic so the viewers at home can see and hear the guests.
2. Skype sends back my feed (using ndi screen capture via a different monitor) - laptop connects to a 50" tv so the host/public (in the hall) can read the comments from the viewers.
3. Skype sends my audio so I can talk directly to the host (they use Bluetooth headphones)
4. Venue - Second Skype account using webcam connected to an ipad to view the main hall

The advantage is the host can only hear me (which is great) and I can send them my screen with the viewers comments. The problem is the people who run the venue have no idea what to do and it's causing issues (and Skype is CPU drainage).

I'm trying to figure out if there is another way of doing this (we can't use vMix call due to our software only being HD, and it crashes their laptop), any suggestions including equipment would be welcomed.
