Hello, does anyone have experience with the Acasis 4-Channel Thunderbolt3 HDMI-compatible External Video Capture Card? Thank you

The only issue, which I've already contacted Acasis and until today I haven't seen a solution, is the loss of frames on the "SDI 2" connection of the SDI model, and on the "HDMI 1" of the HDMI model. I don't know exactly why, but it loses some frames, which when using it in replay, you notice it very high.

Oh! Just for the record, this card is just "CAPTURE", it doesn't have "output" like Blackmagic models

Anyone else using this thunderbolt capture card? Seems fairly priced for a 4 input model.
How stable it is?
