Rank: Newbie Groups: Registered Joined: 4/19/2022(UTC) Posts: 3 Location: Maryland		We have followed the directions in the KnowledgeBase to add a Zoom call to vMix with return audio and video. https://www.vmix.com/kno...-return-video-and-audio. We have video with no problems, but cannot hear anyone on the Zoom call. We have tried any number of different configurations to try and get it to work, but to no avail.

Hi RUCTech, Can you please clarify your setup to us? Is it 1 / 2 PC setup? How did you send the ZOOM Audio back to vMix? Thanks in advance.

If Audio don’t works with ndi Monitor the issue is on your Zoom pc. Else Check your Audio Routing on vmix
