Adding the other will prompt that the system resources are insufficient I try to use OBS discovery to add these two USB cameras. Is vmix possible to solve this problem

Be sure to set the video encoding for the cameras to MJPEG. That will reduce the bandwidth required for each stream. Using MJPEG you can pass 2 x 1080p30 streams over a USB2 bus.
