Maybe check out the NDi SDK to display a NDI feed of your output to a form

if you are a programmer you can do it, I know the basics of vb but it seems to me that with a directshow you could do it, look for an example of a webcam using directshow because vMix seems to me that it uses this medium in one of its outputs, that is to say no ndi no srt, now if you want you can use ndi as they say above, NDI brings examples in its SDK, if you don't work in C++, there is another simpler one that works under the WPF environment or maybe you handle winForms, but anyway the examples that brings the NDI SDK are understandable is also there in VB.Net.
