I found this demo of SRT with vMix to be very helpful in terms of how to set it up and get it to work in vMix, benefits, etc. (though it does not address the question of two-way communication e.g. talkback to the Larix Broadcaster phone operator):

tomorrow we will broadcast riots, so we will see how will "not communicate with studio" work : )

So you guys go strait to riots rather than (covering) protests, demonstrations ? How do you know it will be riots? you plan/instigate them for the footage?

low in Serbia: First u go to police and announce the protest on particular day... Police than has 48 hours to approve it or disapprove it... Police has just disapprove it on Thursday . EU-USA Embassies has organized about 200 NGO-s employees to make a counter protest ... try using advanced.vmixcall.com and turn off noise canceling. I hear a lot of smartphone noise canceling in the video, which makes it sound bad.
