Silly issue with h265 SRT stream

Hello! I'm trying to get a h265 SRT stream to work as vmix input - however I just can't seem to pull it off. I tested from both larix and obs, if I set the codec to h264 everything works, otherwise not. It's ultra-weird as I have done this before. I tried both hardware and software encoders for both out and input. Here's a video showing the issue
