Hello. Is there any plans for vmix to add playout capabillities? So it will not be necessary to use other pc and playout software to work as playout server. The videolist/playlist that vmix has now it works but it is very poor compared to dedicated playout software programms. Some programms like vscheduler for vmix also work but have some bugs. Its different to have something embed in programm other than extra..

Just My Opinion So now your diamond has bugs ? LOL https://forums.vmix.com/...Scheduler-Fork#post98444Although would not mind if it was able to get me my dinner in time ;-)

nikosman88, which should have vmix, could you expose it, vmix has a list entry, which would be like a standard player, it has the playlist ..., which you need, you could complement it with scripts for events at certain times, explain what you would add to the standard translated from spanish to english by google

Hi. My english are not good but i hope i can explain. I would like to have a better videolist system. For example when we add some clips,we can see the real time that clip starts. The most important is a feature like insert a clip in a specific position of the list. For example if we have a big playlist more than 2-3 hours with many clips its almost impossible to put a new clip in a specific position. Ok the trick here is to save the videolist as m3u file, open it with notepad and add the clip you want in the position you want, then save it and load again a new videolist.. This is not so practical.. Also if we would like to make a big videolist 10-12 hours or more, from one point and then, it is difficult to load a clip. You press add and even in a good pc, it takes some very annoying seconds until this clip will appear in the videolist. And if in this time you play for example another clip and this another clip comes to end,it freezes until the new clip in videolist load.

Hi, in my opinion the best way to have a playout with vmix is to use Instaplayout. As you have been told vmix is a "Live Production & Streaming Software"

Yes i know this software. I tried the trial version but for some reason it crashes on my pc after some hour of playing. So for now i am using a combination videolist and playlist in to vmix. Smaller lists and put them in the playlist to autoplay. The problem here is that i have to watch not to load gpu mem too much.. I hope to buy a 3060 so i will use resizeable bar but for now it is too expensive for my budget

You can try to see if it works better for you. Although I personally think that the best lowcost playout is instaplayoput
