Several new shortcuts to make life easier, especially when using layered midi panels or large panels

1. Shortcuts repeating buttons in input color correction settings:
"on/off input color correction"
"input basic auto correct"
"reset input color correction"

2. A shortcut to toggle and change the "Waveform monitor" for the preview window.

3. A shortcut to toggle and change the "Safe area" for the preview window.

4. A shortcut that repeats the overlay buttons on the main screen between the preview and the program window.
"overlay1", (not "inputOverlay1") is an on / off overlay regardless of the input selection.

"overlay1in" (not "inputOverlay1in") - include in overlay1 the last input that was in it.

"overlay1out" (not "inputOverlay1out") - the same

5. Combine "StartPlayList" and "StopPlayList" into a common shortcut
"PlayList" (on-off toggle)

6. Combine "XxxOn" and "XxxOff" into a common shortcut "Xxx" (on-off toggle)
Examples:
"Sharpen" in addition to "SharpenOn" and "SharpenOff"
"Loop" in addition to "LoopOn" and "LoopOff"
