Hello. I have sent in a support ticket about my license being stolen. That was Thursday. How long does a support ticket typically take to get a reply? Are there other options?

can you login with the licence at https://vmix.com/activate?
If so, revoke its use from other PCs and password enable your licence

Unfortunately no. I did this last week and they went back, deactivated mine and locked it to their email.

How do you know it if got "stolen" in the first place ?

Well, our machine was deactivated and license was used on two machines with the email tpvideo@sk.ru.

Since, I deactivated their machines, reassigned the license to my email and activated my machine again. The next day, we were deactivated again and locked out of using the license to login and manage activations.

So yeah, it was stolen.

I received one reply from support ticket [261-291C6FAD-023C]. No reply after I sent the license key as requested.

Literally the same message that the post says. “Check junk…” Never got anything from them with a new license. Showed proof of purchase, provided details on who now has the key, but no new key, contrary to their posts.

Was told in email from Martin (admin above) that key was sent. Not on the forum. I have no junk emails from vmix. I too have never missed a support email.
