Hello. I have sent in a support ticket about my license being stolen. That was Thursday. How long does a support ticket typically take to get a reply? Are there other options?

Unfortunately no. I did this last week and they went back, deactivated mine and locked it to their email.

Since, I deactivated their machines, reassigned the license to my email and activated my machine again. The next day, we were deactivated again and locked out of using the license to login and manage activations. So yeah, it was stolen.

Hi,
Please check your junk email. We have replied to all your emails within hours of receiving them, but unfortunately for some reason your email provider is blocking them. Check your junk emails or contact your email provider if you do not see them there.
Regards,
Martin vMix

Check your junk email or spam folders, we have sent numerous replies and emails over the past couple of weeks. If you do not have access to junk email folders, you will need to contact your network administrator to track them down.

I have no junk emails from vmix.com. I get emails from support@vmix.com in my inbox but no license key. Please send.

Literally the same message that the post says. “Check junk…” Never got anything from them with a new license. Showed proof of purchase, provided details on who now has the key, but no new key, contrary to their posts.

Not one of admin's posts mentions they send you a new key They are stating that they replied to your mails which you say you didn't receive. I have personally never missed a support email from them
