Hi all, has anyone tested the Elgato 10GAM9901 Cam Link 4K with vMix, if so what was the results please?

well, I thought since you are an experienced forum user you would find the answer by searching here ;)

In any case, the Camlink 4K works just fine. We have used a bunch of them. BUT note that not all sources (some cams, some PCs) are not accepted. Check with Elgato's compatibility list and/or test yourself.
