normaly you can input the camera as RTSP Stream
therefor you need the complete URL of the RTSP Stream
and this URL is different from cameramodel to cameramodel

which camera do you have?

As user above said, you need to get the correct RTSP url for your specific camera. your first step should be to get the RTSP video feed working in VLC (vlc win/mac app , Media -> open Network stream). This way you can also turn on debugging in VLC message window and keep trying in order to figure out the correct RTSP URL for your specific cams. (search the web and try various RTSP URLs in VLC)

Also, as that output you pasted above shows "port 554" that should be RTSP support on the ip cam side.

also, important- see if there is anyway to allow/enable a (allow) "Anonymous Viewers" option in the ipcameras web gui/settings. Doing so will atleaste help you to skip the often challenging rtsp auth issues/format.

however there may be other issues on the camera side causing RTSP to not work correctly or to not be following the RTSP spec/standards (in which case, short of there being a firmware update for the cameras, from their manufacture, you may be out of luck). but start with VLC first.

Ive used several video streaming production apps , along with RTSP based video streams (from IP cameras), and vmix is one of the BEST at handling (and playing back) RTSP streams constantly and wo adding delay over time (if you must use RTSP, that is). good luck!
