Hello, some why I do not find simple way to put image and video files in a playlist and play them in the loop mode. This is basic situation in live events when there is brake in the event - we are supposed to play commercials and sponsor logos until the show continues. Last time I had to render all logos and videos to be an one video file with FCP.

How this is supposed to be done in correct and simple way?

Can't you just build the list in a playlist and tick the loop box?

playlist does not support images and videos at the same time. If I have understood correctly it has to be separe playlist for videos and separate list for images (slideshow). But we want something like this:

- logo.jpg (5seonds)
- logo2.jpg (5seonds)
- video1.mov.
- video2.mov
- timetable.jpg (10 seonds)
- video3.mov
- vide4.mov

and loop again

Have you tried the vMixScheduler?

It doesn't loop but you may find a way to work around that.

Can you pull the photos into a video editor and render out the 5 or 10 second clips as .mov files? Then everything would be video files that would easily work in the playlist.

ok, it seems that there is no simple way to do the looping list with video and image files. I would put this issue into the whish list. Vmix can do so many other things that this should not be problem for Martin. There is no time in events to render separate video files from images in external editor, in order to use only video list in vmix. Basic situation: you have some logos and videos to loop in live events.
