File Not Found: Source:ImportPSD Error Message

Hello all, Recently I've been hit with this error message when trying to import PSDs into GT.  This occurs with every PSD I try, whether it's text only or an old PSD that worked in the past. I have even tried doing a clean install of vmix to no avail. I would like to avoid creating all of my text boxes manually, so any help is greatly appreciated.

Don't know if you ever got this figured out, but when opening photoshop to create your PSD, choose NEW and then Film & Video templates. Choose the HD template and on the right be sure to set the Pixel ratio to HD/DV (1.33).
When I did this, it created a template for my edits and imported correctly. Using the Square pixels option fails with message you saw.
Tried to change the Pixel ratio on an existing PSD and it's a bit of a mess...better to start clean. Then you can edit the layers of PSD in GT title editor or right in Title Edit interface in vMix.
