I change my audio from 16 bit to 32 and it doesn't let me start a transmission, an error message appears. I need it urgently, the audio at 16 is not as good as I want

Just curious, but what aspect of 16bit audio do you find unsatisfactory for broadcasting, given that it's pretty much the standard for broadcasting in general?

I worked with obs and used it in 24 bit, I felt a difference, I thought it was bad. I can't change it, this message appears:

Yeah, I saw the same error on a project when we set the project to 32bit and sent audio via Dante to an external audio mixing desk. For streaming & recording, we used a 2nd PC which received the PGM via an external SDI output.
So, despite the theoretical gain in quality from 32bit processing, we don't do that any more !
