During live streaming and in replay, captions appear in Facebook eventhough we have captions turned off in our FB page settings. The captions appear even with the volume turned up on the viewer's device. This did not occur when we streamed directly via a single laptop. Now we stream via vMix.

Is there a way to prevent this?
