Church setting interviewing people remotely.
2 USB Audio devices: 1 to capture audio from the console, 1 to send the caller's audio to the console
At the console, separate Aux mix for the vMix audio input. It does not have the caller's audio in this aux mix.
The caller's audio is routing through vMix out Bus A through the usb Audio interface, into a line in channel on the console and out the speakers in the room.

Here's the problem. The caller's audio is being picked up by the mic that the interviewer is using. The interviewer's audio is in the vMix aux mix, enters vMix through the second usb audio interface as a separate audio input that is routed to master. It's about a half second delay back to the headphones of the caller.

What do I do?
How do I get a clean audio of the interviewer back to the caller while at the same time allowing him/her and everyone else in the room to hear the caller?

Thanks in advance for taking the time to help me.

a) use earsets for all the listeners
b) mute the mic during the caller is speaking (needs a fast audio guy)
