Hi,

I would like to have an input trigger to select an item of a list as "current".

Hi Doggy,

The case example involves lower third video files in a "list input". When I take a camera input live, I would like to select an item in the list (correct lower third for that presenter). Then, when I send the list to an overlay bus I always have the correct lower third.

I am currently doing this with input triggers to add the lower third video to my list when the matching camera OnTransitionIn (delay 500ms), and then remove the video index 1 OnTransitionOut (delay 0ms) to make sure I don't cause a race condition since adding refers to file path and removal refers to the item index.

My feature request is a trigger that can mark a list item as current. Same functionality as a double click on the list item in the list panel. This way I am not typing out complete file paths to my trigger every time. Potentially just a "set list item" trigger and what item from a dropdown.

to be sure i understand: you activate a camera and want the matching presenter data LT to respond

Why do these lower thirds have to be video files and not simply vMix titles ?
Would make live so much easier
could then use presets or Scripting (one script) to figure out the correct title content based on the live video (various options) etc ( about how many cameras/ presenter data is one talking about ? )
