Greetings everyone

I'm trying to add a camera connected via SDI on BlackMagic Decklink Duo 2 as an input on Vmix

The camera has this output: 1920x1080 50p and I've tested it working correctly with OBS (Open Broadcaster software)

When I try to add the input on Vmix however I get the following error:

"Selected Video Format is not supported by this device: bmdModelHD1080p50 Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component"

Is there something that I am doing wrong? I'm using the "Camera" input, selected the correct DeckLink SDI, resolution (1920x1080) and frame rate (PAL 50p)

Looking forward to hear your advice!

May I ask if you found a solution to your problem with getting SDI via Decklink Duo 2 into Vmix.
I'm having great difficulty with same thing.

Check the connector settings, similar to:
https://www.vmix.com/kno...k-quad2-to-be-8-channels

Then check if there is already an External Output configured in vMix on this connector you want to use as an input.

there is an other little bug:
if you give your inputs labels with the "BMD Desktop Video Setup", it's not allowed that the label begins with a number and it should have more than two letters
costs me one hour!
