[1] After working fine for some months with either Skype or Zoom set to NDI, suddenly I have audio but a black screen. What could the issue be?
[2] If I select vMix Video as the source in Skype or Zoom why do I see only a test card and not my output?

As explained, it's impossible for us to understand what you're doing ! Black screen? Where ? In vMix or in Zoom/Skype? Zoom does not support NDI by default so what is your workflow ?
