Hi all i am trying to add file from my local PC to A List input
by this Command
http://MYIP:MYPORT/api/?Function=ListAdd=test.jpg&Input=10
but I get An error
No suitable Function could be found.
can anyone direct me how to make it work?

Use a full path address for your file...
Like D:\folder\sub-folder\file.ext

I think you also need to put the filename in the Value (untested). Something like the following..
http://MYIP:MYPORT/api/?Function=ListAdd&Input=10&Value=D:\folder\sub-folder\file.ext
