- DataVideo PTC-150
- DataVideo SE-1200MU (Multi-Cams Hub to vMix)
- Magewell USB Capture SDI
- Surface Pro 5 (vMix PC, Windows 10 Build 2004)
This is happening when the Camera Input active 15 minutes on PROGRAM, no change were made from the vMix PC when this is happen. is that clear enough? Thanks in advance.

Check you Power Options in Settings. Use High Performance and then go to Advanced Settings. Make sure to the USB selective suspend setting is on Disabled
Additionally, when your budget may allow, consider a more powerful computer. If your Surface 5 has a M3 CPU, that processor isn't very powerful. Since you are using a DataVideo SE-1200MU hardware switcher, it would seem that your setup is not a mobile one. Have you thought about using a desktop instead of a laptop?

Hi SportsNetUSA.net, Thanks for your help, This is a cable issue, once we corrected the cable it is back to normal.
