I am doing an event on Sunday and was wondering if there is a way to create a shortcut that when I send a PowerPoint presentation or video to program that is shows on my second monitor that I have hooked up but do not want anyting else but those two to show up on my second full screen output

One way could be:
- Create a black color input and use it as the standard output of your full screen output
- Use triggers OnTransitionIn and Out on your Powerpoint and video inputs to SetOutputFullscreen2
- Might get tricky if you are sending Powerpoint and video back to back

The way I do this is to set the fullscreen output to Preview (or the input itself). Then I load the Powerpoint input into preview and configure some shortcuts to advance/back stepo through the slides. This means that I can have the main output via NDI to feed into Zoom/Teams etc., then using a Zoom Screen Share of the 2nd monitor to share the slides.
