In call manager I see the following:
ALAN 02:31:42 PM
logged in

ALAN 02:31:44 PM
Caller has made initial contact!

ALAN 02:31:44 PM
Sending our reply to initiate the call...

ALAN 02:34:12 PM
can folks see this?

I get no audio or video....and in a previous try I could see him turn camera and mic on. Not sure how to troubleshoot this.

Any ideas?

I believe the problem is that they are behind a firewall and the necessary ports are blocked....does anybody know what port numbers are used, and if this could be the issue?
