I built two computers with the exact hardware. Both of them have experienced these black screens, one of them does it more frequently than the other. Mainly it happens after we boot them up but after staying on for a period of time they seem to be working fine but thats not always the case.
Asus Prime X299-A II RTX 2080 TI Founders Edition I9-10900x G.Skill Trident Z RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory
On the secondary computer I reinstalled windows, only downloaded the programs needed for our streaming. (vmix/adobe/NDI tools and a couple others). Then I made sure the bios was up to date and I have the latest graphics driver from Nvidia.
Everything was fine for a day and the secondary machine just did it again and I got these two error messages.
I uploaded an old photo of the DirectX 9 because that same error came up when I teamviewed into the computer once the screens went black.
